1. Check your inbox
Your receipt and confirmation email will arrive shortly.
2. Watch for your Intensive details
Your preparation guidance and Google Meet link will be sent before the Intensive.
3. Protect the time
Set aside the afternoon so you can arrive without rushing and give yourself room to be fully present.
If possible:
Arrange childcare if needed
Minimize interruptions
Bring water, coffee, or tea
Have a notebook nearby
