Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 18, 2026

Tori Prophet Consulting ("Tori Prophet Consulting," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, complete a form, subscribe to our communications, purchase or participate in a coaching program, or otherwise interact with our coaching business (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy applies only to Tori Prophet Consulting's coaching and consulting Services. It does not apply to therapy or other clinical services, which are separate and may be governed by different privacy notices and legal requirements. Using our coaching website or submitting information through it does not create a therapist-client relationship.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect:

  • Contact information, such as your name and email address.

  • Purchase and transaction information, such as the program purchased, transaction date, payment status, and billing-related information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. We generally do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

  • Program and communication information, such as your registrations, scheduling details, email preferences, questions, messages, survey responses, and information you choose to share while participating in a coaching program.

  • Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, and interactions with our website and emails.

  • Cookie and similar-technology information, including information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tools used for site functionality, analytics, marketing, and advertising.

Please do not submit therapy records, diagnoses, crisis information, or other sensitive medical or mental-health information through our coaching website, general contact forms, or marketing forms. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource in your location.

2. How We Collect Information

We may collect information:

  • Directly from you when you complete a form, subscribe, make a purchase, schedule a meeting, register for or participate in a program, or contact us.

  • Automatically through cookies, analytics tools, pixels, and similar technologies.

  • From service providers that support our operations, such as payment, email, scheduling, videoconferencing, website, and program-delivery platforms.

3. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Provide, administer, and improve our Services and coaching programs.

  • Process purchases and send transaction-related communications.

  • Respond to questions and provide customer support.

  • Schedule and conduct meetings or program sessions.

  • Send newsletters, educational content, announcements, and marketing communications, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

  • Personalize content and, where applicable, measure or deliver advertising.

  • Protect the security and integrity of our Services, detect fraud or misuse, and enforce our agreements.

  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent; performance of a contract with you; compliance with a legal obligation; or our legitimate interests, such as operating, securing, and improving our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, analyze traffic and engagement, and support marketing or advertising.

Depending on the tools enabled on the website, cookies may include:

  • Essential cookies, which support core website and purchase functions.

  • Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the website.

You may be able to manage cookies through a cookie-consent tool on the website or through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality. Where required by law, we will request consent before placing nonessential cookies.

Browser-based signals, including Global Privacy Control or "Do Not Track" signals, may be treated differently depending on applicable law and the capabilities of our website platform. Where legally required and technically supported, we will process recognized opt-out preference signals as required by law.

5. Email Marketing

If you subscribe to our email list or otherwise agree to receive marketing, we may send you newsletters, educational content, program announcements, and promotional messages through providers such as Kit or Systeme.io. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the link in an email or contacting us at tori@toriprophet.com.

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send non-promotional messages related to purchases, programs, account administration, or legal notices.

6. How We Disclose Information

We do not disclose personal information except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose information to:

  • Service providers and contractors that help us operate the business, including Kit, Systeme.io, Google services such as Google Meet and Google Calendar, Stripe, and providers of website hosting, forms, analytics, advertising, email, scheduling, security, and technical support.

  • Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, or consultants, when reasonably necessary.

  • A successor or transaction party in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, acquisition, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

  • Other parties with your direction or consent.

Some privacy laws define certain uses of advertising or analytics technologies as a "sale," "sharing," or use for "targeted advertising," even when money is not exchanged. Where applicable, you may have the right to opt out of those activities. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money.

7. International Data Transfers

We are based in Texas, United States, and serve clients in multiple countries. Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing Services, maintaining business and transaction records, complying with legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we may delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate caution when sending information online.
